At the time of applying for the Position of "District Authorized Center" / "District Manager" in "IIT Development Council of India” (IITDCI)

1) Is “IIT Development Council of India” is a Government Organization?
Ans:  No, it is Not Government Organization, it is a registered trust of Government of India and it is an NGO. For more Details about Organization please Visit Organization “About Us” Page in Our IITDCI Website which is www.iitdci.org
 
2) Who can apply for the District Authorized Center / District Manager Position?
Ans: 
(A) Any Male or Female can apply with minimum Qualification of Any Degree (any Graduation)
(B) Age above 24 Years and below 60 Years
(C) Nativity: Applicants has to stay for the last Three Years at the same location or in his/her Native place only.
(D) Authorized Center Location: Applicant's Native Place or must be the Residence for the last Three Years at the same location.

3) Undergraduates can apply for the  District Authorized Center / District Manager Position?

Ans: No


4) Any Experience is required to apply for the Position of District Authorized Center / District Manager?

Ans: Not required but first preference will be given to the experienced person.


5) The person with disability can apply?

Ans: Yes.


6) What is District Authorized Center / District Manager?
Ans: District Authorized Center / District Manager, means it is one of the responsibility of the IITDCI. The District Authorized Center / District Manager, is also called as IITDCI Team Member. He/She has to work and run the District Authorized Center as per the Guidelines of the Organization. And it is not just like any other job, it is a responsibility that he/she should response for all the times related to IITDCI Activities.
                                                                                                                         
7) What is District Authorized Center / District Manager Job Responsibility?
Ans: 

  • Under every District Authorized Center / District Manager, some District Coordinators and Project Coordinators will be Appointed / Allotted. 


  • District Authorized Center / District Manager has to take care about all the District Coordinators and Project Coordinators in his/her “District” regarding all the activities of IITDCI.
  • In the total District / Allotted Area, for every One MLA Constitution as per the Terms, District Authorized Center / District Manager has to appoint the Project Coordinators and District Coordinators with the help of IITDCI H.O
  • District Authorized Center / District Manager has to appoint in every One MLA Constitution Maximum 4 Project Coordinators with the help of “District Coordinator and IITDCI Team”
  • District Authorized Center / District Manager, has to give Proper Training to every District Coordinator and Project Coordinator regarding all the Projects including Current Running Project also.
  • District Authorized Center / District Manager has to explain Target details to every District Coordinator and Project Coordinator.
  • District Authorized Center / District Manager has to support to every District Coordinator and Project Coordinator to reach his/her Targets.
  • District Authorized Center / District Manager has to keep regular communication with every District Coordinator and Project Coordinator and also with IITDCI National Team.
  • District Authorized Center / District Manager has to allot MLA Constitution to every District Coordinator with the help of IITDCI National Team.
  • District Authorized Center / District Manager with the help of District Coordinator has to allot to every Project Coordinator MLA Constitution Area (Local Area) some Areas and Places.
  • Project Coordinator has to visit and explain all IITDCI Projects in Schools/Colleges and Institutions then after as per Organization terms Project Coordinator (with the help of District Coordinator) has to Register School/College and Institutions and also as per the requirement other Activities have to do by every Project Coordinator (with the help of District Coordinator)  
  • Once any School/College Registered with IITDCI then that total School/College Responsibility regarding all the projects taken care by “Project Coordinator”, “District Coordinator” and “District Authorized Center / District Manager” Only related to all Activities of IITDCI
  • District Authorized Center / District Manager has to take from every District Coordinator and Project Coordinator daily reporting directly or by phone or by E-mail as per the requirement.


8) What are IITDCI  Activities?

9) From where District Authorized Center / District Manager has to work?
Ans: District Authorized Center / District Manager has to work from District Authorized Center only.


10) Where should open the District Authorized Center?

Ans: Anywhere in District and it should be reach easy to every Project Coordinator and District Coordinator.


​11) The District Authorized Center can be open other than any Commercial Place?

​Ans: Yes, District Authorized Center can be Opened anywhere including Residential Places and also District Authorized Center can run in any School, College or in any other Institution with the Permission Letter of respective School / College / Institution.

12) Who will bear/spend the IITDCI Office expenditure?
Ans: District Authorized Center / District Manager,  has to bear/spend the IITDCI Office expenditure or from IITDCI District Authorized Center Activity Fund can be utilized as per the "eligibility" and "Terms & Conditions".  

13) What is the Registration Fee of "District Authorized Center / District Manager"?
Ans: The Registration Fee of "District Authorized Center / District Manager" is of Rs.2000/- (Rupees: Two Thousand Only)  in the form of Demand Draft (D.D) Only, in the name of “IIT Development Council of India” Payable at Hyderabad Only.

14) Demand Draft (D.D) have to be taken from which Bank?
Ans: Demand Draft  (D.D) can be taken from any Bank.

15) Is the Registration Fee of "District Authorized Center / District Manager" is Refundable?
Ans: No, the Registration Fee of "District Authorized Center / District Manager" is not refundable or not transferable wether the application accepted or rejected.

16) For what is the District Authorized Center Fee?
Ans:  District Authorized Center fees is for becoming as a District Authorized Center / District Manager, this amount utilizes for the development of organization.
 
17) How much is the fees of District Authorized Center / District Manager?

Ans: District Authorized Center / District Manage Fee is of Rs: 1, 20,000/- (Rupees: One Lakh and Twenty Thousand Only) including GST in the form of Demand Draft (D.D) Only, in the name of “IIT Development Council of India” Payable at Hyderabad Only.

18) Is the Authorization fee is refundable?
Ans: No

19) Authorization fee should be paid immediately and is it must to be paid?
Ans: After the completion of the selection process only Authorization fees have to be paid by the applicant and it is a must.

20) If Authorization Fee could not be paid at the time of Selection process then? And is there any other alternative to pay the Authorization Fee.

Ans:  No


21) Where should the Applicant  must send the Application Form and other Required Documents?
Ans: It is already mentioned on the Proposal Documents of "District Authorized Center / District Manager".

22) After receiving the Email or after Downloading the Application and Proposal Documents of "District Authorized Center / District Manager" within how many working days the documents to be sent to IITDCI Head Office?
Ans: Within 10 Working Days Only.
After 10 working days the Email/Proposal will be sent to other Persons/Applied Candidates,
If Position of District Authorized Center / District Manager in that Particular Division is still vacant or if anybody not applied

23) How the Candidate / Applicant, know that the particular area is vacant?

Ans: Visit IITDCI Website and Click /Open on the State Wise Team Page in that you can see your State Maps, Click on your State Map in that again you can see State Wise Divisions, Select your Division in which Division your District is mentioned, on that Division if you click you came to know that “District Authorized Center / District Manager Position is Vacant or not”, if no any District Authorized Center / District Manager is working in your “District” then you can apply for the Position of  “District Authorized Center / District Manager”.
(Or)
If the Particular area is not Vacant then on IITDCI Website under “District” Page in that particular “District” “No Vacancy” board will be displayed.

24) In every “District” how many "District Authorized Center / District Managers" will be appointed?
Ans: For each District Minimum “One District Authorized Center” will be allotted (or) for around every Five Lakhs Populated Area, “One District Authorized Center’ will be allotted

25) After Sending the “Registration Form” and other Documents to IITDCI Head Office (IITDCI H.O) What is the Next Process?
Ans: After receiving your “Registration Form” and other Documents to us within two working days you will get “Registration Form”  Consignment Received Confirmation details by E-mail then after the Next Selection Process will be done.

26) In How many days the "District Authorized Center / District Manager" Selection Process will be done?
Ans: Already mentioned in the Proposal Documents of "District Authorized Center / District Manager" regarding the Selection Process.

27) Will the Applicant get 100% sure "District Authorized Center / District Manager" Job?
Ans: No, Based on the Applicant Communication Skills and based on Verification Report, Applicant Selection Process will be done.

28) How will be the Verification Process of "District Authorized Center / District Manager"?
Ans: IITDCI Team Members will do the Verification Process as per the Organization requirement.

29) Is there any recommendation or reference require to become as a "District Authorized Center / District Manager"?
Ans: No
IITDCI will not accept any type of recommendations but if State Coordinator gives any reference regarding any Candidate / Applicant then IITDCI gives the first preference for the selection process.

30) On which bases the Application will be rejected?
Ans: If all the required Documents are not submitted or If the Application form is incompletely filled, then the Application Form will be rejected for further process.

31) After paying the Registration Fee and Completion of the Selection Process does "District Authorized Center / District Manager" need to pay any other Payment or Fees?
Ans:  After paying Registration Fee and Completion of the Selection Process Applicant has to Pay Authorization Fee of Rs. 1, 20,000/- (Rupees: One Lakh and Twenty Thousand Only) including GST. 

 32) What are the Documents to be sent and How?
Ans: Please refer the DAC Proposal.

33) Will there be any Training Program?
Ans: After the selection process it will be.

34) Is it Permanent or Temporary or Contract work?

Ans: It is totally permanent only if any person not works as per the Organization Terms then the Organization will remove that particular "District Authorized Center / District Manager".

35) How much the Target "District Authorized Center / District Manager" should reach?
Ans: No any targets for the "District Authorized Center / District Manager" 

36) Is there any fixed Salary for "District Authorized Center / District Manager"?
Ans: NO, based on the Calculation only, “Any Payment” will be given.

37) Maximum how much Monthly Payment "District Authorized Center / District Manager" will get?
Ans: It totally depends on the performance only,  If "District Authorized Center / District Manager", Team works regularly as per the  Terms and Conditions of the Organization for more than one year in all Projects then the "District Authorized Center / District Manager" can get Monthly of Rs.1, 00000/- (Rupees: One Lakh Only)  

38) If "District Authorized Center / District Manager" wants to Leave/Drop/Stop/Quit the Job in the Middle of the Project, can District Authorized Center / District Manager Leave/Drop/Stop/Quit the Job?

Ans: Yes, with proper reason District Authorized Center / District Manager can leave the "District Authorized Center / District Manager" job.
"District Authorized Center / District Manager' has to submit all the “reports, documents and any other related to IITDCI” to IITDCI TEAM MEMBER AND IITDCI HEAD OFFICE before Leave/Drop/Stop/Quit the Job.
And also as per the requirements he/she has to keep good communication with all IITDCI Team Members along with IITDCI HEAD OFFICE  

39) Is there any Agreement/Bond for the Position of District Authorized Center / District Manager to do the Job/Work for particular Months or Years?

Ans: No.

40) What about Travelling Allowance?
Ans: There is no any travelling allowance; if District Authorized Center / District Manager travels more as per the requirement then he/she get more result and benefits.
Most of the time "District Authorized Center / District Manager" has to work from office only

41) Where to Report about  the Total Team work activity?
Ans: District Authorized Center / District Manager ,has to report about Total Team Works activity to the IITDCI H.O.
 
42) How should Report about the work activity?
Ans: By E-mails and Hard Copies as per the requirements of IITDCI H.O
 
43) Where to Work?
Ans:  District Authorized Center / District Manager, has to work in his/her (STATE) “District” only, as per the guidelines of IITDCI H.O

44) Is it necessary to make the Office Setup with "Computers and Laptop" along with the  Internet Connection and Two Mobile Phones.

Ans: Yes.
