The Eastern Zonal Council, comprising the States :Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Odisha, Sikkim, West Bengal and the Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

North East India Zone (15)

The North-Eastern Zonal Council, comprising the states: Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland and Tripura;

1) For every “State” "Division wise" Only one state Coordinator will be appointed, 

2) For every 1 to 4 MLA Divisions ONE District Coordinator will be appointed 

3) For Every ONE MLA Division 4 Project Coordinators will be appointed or as per terms of IITDCI all Coordinators will be appointed in any state or city.
